The Role

We're looking for an Inventory Control Analyst who can bring clarity to complexity and help us maintain the right inventory-at the right time, in the right place.

What You'll Do:

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze inventory, sales, and demand data to identify trends and risks
  • Build reports and dashboards that drive informed decision-making
  • Highlight opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements

Inventory Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict demand accurately
  • Set inventory targets, safety stock levels, and reorder points
  • Continuously adjust plans based on business needs and market trends

Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory levels across multiple locations
  • Coordinate replenishment and ensure product availability
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or stock issues

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate current inventory processes and identify inefficiencies
  • Implement tools, systems, and best practices to improve accuracy and speed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations

Auditing & Compliance

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure data integrity
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Proactively identify and address control gaps

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 + years of relevant experience (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (SQL is a strong asset)
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and forecasting principles
  • Experience with inventory or ERP systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally

The estimated salary range for this position is $70K to $85k. plus bonus.??Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.?
