Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
