Inventory Control Associate

The role of the Inventory Control Associate is detail oriented to support our Assembly Team by managing incoming parts, stocking inventory, and preparing kits and parts. This role ensures accurate part handling, inventory organization, and efficient material flow in a fast paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Management: Stock, label, and organize parts in designated locations. Maintain accuracy in physical and digital inventory systems.
  • Parts Retrieval & Kitting: Pick and kit parts for assembly work orders, ensuring correct and complete sets.
  • Material Handling: Safely move materials by following all handling and safety procedures.
  • Organization & Workflow Support: Keep stockroom and work areas clean and organized. Communicate part shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Receiving & Verification: Assist with unloading, inspecting, and logging incoming materials. Verify part numbers and quantities match order specifications.

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with part numbers, inventory systems, and basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
