Job Overview:

Pay Range $20hr - $25hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-user desktop and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Intune.
  • Communicate and collaborate comfortably with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Document all support activities, including resolutions, in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage incoming inventory, including new and used hardware, returned legacy rich clients, and other items as requested.
  • Reimage laptops to the new version of the image.
