Full-Desk Recruiting Intern - Sales & Talent Acquisition (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: US-based, but 100% remote is acceptable.
Commission/Bonus potential: $10K-$20K average per year
Experience: 0-2 years of recruiting experience
Hours: 40-80 hours/month (flexible, especially during school semesters)

About the Role

Are you driven by results, people, and uncapped earnings? Scout Solutions is hiring a Full-Desk Recruiting Intern to help us build relationships with both clients and candidates across a variety of industries, including technology, operations, and business services. You'll own both sides of the recruiting desk-sales and sourcing-while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This is a remote, part-time internship with high learning potential and room to grow. You'll work closely with our recruiting team to develop new business, fill open roles, and deliver great results.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles
  • Reach out to prospective clients to offer staffing and recruiting solutions
  • Create job postings and marketing content to attract top talent
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines using tools like LinkedIn and job boards
  • Track activities and progress in our ATS/CRM
  • Conduct phone/video interviews and assessments
  • Learn full lifecycle recruiting and sales techniques from experienced recruiters
  • Participate in strategy sessions and weekly team stand-ups

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of recruiting, sales, or business development experience
  • Must have the ability and creativity to identify prospects and build candidate and sales pipelines for the recruitment industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple roles and deadlines
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and learning how to close deals
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools like Zoom, ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, job boards
  • Degree not required; ideal for students or career changers looking to break into recruiting

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with commission-based sales
  • Familiarity with the recruiting/staffing industry
  • Exposure to technical recruiting or technical job roles
