  • Classified Space Operations: Guide the planning, construction and accreditation of classified spaces across multiple domestic sites, working creatively to speed up the process as much as possible.
  • Physical Security: Design and manage physical security programs across all company facilities, including access control, badging, CCTV, visitor policy, and guard force.

  • People & Program Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a security team capable of supporting a rapidly growing cleared workforce

Minimum Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive security experience, with significant time in an FSO or Deputy FSO role at a cleared defense contractor
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
  • Deep working knowledge of the NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), ICD 705, and related government security directives
  • Demonstrated experience managing FCLs and personnel security programs in DISS
  • Strong relationships with DCSA and familiarity with its oversight and inspection processes
  • Proven ability to lead a team and build security programs in a growth environment

Preferred Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a government PSO, security specialist, or military security manager
  • Familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR/EAR) as they intersect with security programs
  • Experience supporting security programs across multiple geographically distributed facilities
  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed tech company

Why CHAOS?
  • Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits 100% paid for by the company
  • Additional benefits: 401k (+ 50% company match up to 6% of pay), FSA, HSA, life insurance, and more
  • Our Perks: Free daily lunch, 'No meeting Fridays', unlimited PTO, casual dress code
  • Compensation Components: Competitive base salaries, generous pre-IPO stock option grants, relocation assistance, and (coming soon!) annual bonuses
  • Team Growth: 300 employees and counting across 5 global offices

Salary Range: $200,000 - $325,000
The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus, equity, and benefits.
