Job description

Role Overview

Buffalo Games is looking for an Amazon Site Operations Coordinator to join our growing Amazon account management team. Buffalo Games owns a portfolio of consumer brands — including Buffalo Games, Ceaco, EastPoint, and others — and our Amazon business is a key growth channel across that portfolio.

This is a generalist role, ideal for someone early in their e-commerce career who wants broad exposure to how a multi-brand Amazon business runs day to day — from listings and catalog health to reporting and vendor compliance. You'll work across several brands, learning the full operating rhythm of Amazon account management rather than specializing in just one lane.

Key Responsibilities

•     Maintain and update product listings across multiple brand storefronts, including titles, bullet points, images, and A+ Content

•     Monitor catalog health — flag and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and detail page issues

•     Monitor vendor scorecard metrics (fill rate, OTIF, chargebacks) and help resolve compliance issues before they trigger deductions or PO restrictions

•     Assist with new product launches, including item setup, keyword research input, and initial listing optimization

•     Pull and organize sales, traffic, and inventory reports to support weekly and monthly business reviews

•     Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) and external partners as needed

•     Stay current on Amazon policy changes and flag ones relevant to our brands

Preferred Qualifications

•     0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or a related field (internships count!)

•     Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central (or Seller Central) is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person

•     Strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple projects/brands at once

•     Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort pulling and interpreting basic reports

•     Clear written communication — you'll be coordinating with internal teams and occasionally external partners

•     A proactive, problem-solving mindset; comfortable flagging issues and suggesting fixes

•     Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have:

•     Experience with Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands)

•     Exposure to inventory/demand forecasting

•     Interest or background in licensed/branded consumer products

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will start at $55,000. Compensation could be adjusted depending on experience and location. Preference will be given to those local to Succasunna, New Jersey as this is intended to be a Hybrid role with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Full benefit package offered that includes paid time off, medical, and 401k and much more.
