Full-Time | Footwear Product Developer

Location: Chicago, IL

Seeking a Footwear Product Developer with 3–5 years of experience to manage the product development process from concept to production. The role involves collaborating with design, merchandising, production, and overseas factories to deliver high-quality footwear on time and within cost targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of footwear product development experience
  • Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing
  • Experience creating Tech Packs and working with overseas vendors
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (Centric PLM preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
