Weekend Toy Manufacturing Jobs (NOW HIRING)

As the C-Suite Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative functions such as maintaining calendars, screening visitors, handling correspondence, arranging business travel, and any special projects.

What You Will Do: 

•  Provide high-level administrative support to three members of our C-Suite.

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and other key documents with accuracy and professionalism.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodations, itineraries, and expense tracking.

• Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and conference room arrangements.

• Handle day-to-day office needs such as record maintenance, catering coordination, and light bookkeeping.

• Partner with a team to organize daily executive lunches and support special projects or events.

• Use sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.

• Perform additional administrative duties and special assignments as needed.

What We Are Looking For: 

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

• 5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-suite level.

• Proven experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, and high-volume priorities.

• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and similar productivity tools.

• Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.

• Professional, poised, and able to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

• A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and finds efficient solutions.

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
