We're looking for a Project Manager who has successfully led Themed Entertainment, Attractions and/or Hospitality projects from concept through completion - someone who brings curiosity, craft, and care to every phase of delivery. If you're energized by collaborating with creative, multidisciplinary teams, navigating complex project challenges, and pushing bold ideas while staying grounded in what's feasible and durable, we'd love to meet you. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and project delivery. ย 

What you will be doing:
  • Lead themed entertainment, attractions and/or hospitality projects of all sizes from proposal through completion, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations. ย 
  • Build and lead high-performing project teams in partnership with Project Executives and project leadership.ย ย 
  • Develop project scopes, fees, schedules, labor plans, and work plans whileย monitoringย progress throughout the project lifecycle.ย ย 
  • Proactivelyย identifyย when project activities fall outside the contracted scope of services;ย initiateย timelyย conversations with the client and projectย team, andย obtain formal approval for anyย additionalย servicesย required.ย 
  • Coordinate architecture, interiors, engineering, specialty consultants, and creative teams to deliver highly coordinated project documentation.ย ย 
  • Manage project financial performance, resource planning, forecasting, and staffing usingย Deltekย Vantagepoint and other project management tools.ย ย 
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, collaboration, and exceptional project leadership.ย ย 
  • Identifyย project risks, resolve complex project challenges, and collaborate with leadership to develop creative solutions.ย ย 
  • Administer owner and consultant contracts whileย facilitatingย effective communication among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.ย ย 
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, interviews, client presentations, and project pursuits.ย ย 
  • Utilize industry-standard project management and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam,ย Deltekย Vantagepoint, Microsoft Project (or similar), AIA Contracts, Microsoft Teams, Miro, and Revit/Forma.ย ย 
What we look for:
  • 8+ years of project management experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.ย ย 
  • Required:ย Demonstratedย experience managing Themed Entertainment,ย Attractions and/or Hospitalityย projects through multiple phases of design and construction.ย ย 
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, orย a relatedย field.ย 
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery while balancing design excellence, technical quality, schedule, and budget. ย 
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, staffing, forecasting, and financial management.ย 
  • Experience building trusted client relationships and successfully managing multiple concurrent projects. ย 
  • Proficiencyย with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project (or similar), AIA Contracts, andย Deltekย Vantagepoint.ย 
  • Familiarity with Revit, Forma,ย and Miro.ย 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. ย 
  • A collaborative leadership style and a passion for delivering immersive environments that create memorable guest experiences.ย 
$110,000 - $155,000 a year
Compensation provided is based on our national range which varies by work location and may also depend on accreditation, experience and responsibilities.ย  Our talent management team can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
