Sports Management Internship โ€“ DASH Sports

Location: Twin Cities Metro & surrounding suburbs, MN
Applicants must live in the Twin Cities area.

Compensation: $16/hour (Paid Internship)

Schedule:

  • School Year: 10-20 hours per week. Afterschool (2-7) and Saturdays

Position Overview

Are you passionate about youth sports, leadership, and learning how sports programs operate behind the scenes? DASH Sports is hiring energetic interns to assist with operational support, program logistics, coaching support, and equipment management.

This internship provides hands-on experience in sports management while working directly with an Area Manager and local coaching teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, transport, and deliver sports equipment to program sites

  • Assist with directing and coaching at youth sports camps

  • Manage coach logistics, training coordination, and daily scheduling

  • Upload and maintain team rosters and assist with administrative tasks

  • Communicate with coaches, families, and DASH leadership

  • Support event and program operations as needed
