Job Title: Software / System Integration Test Engineers (FTE)
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)
Salary $$90-100K
Primary Responsibilities
Detail-oriented, hands-on Software & Systems Integration Testers to execute our comprehensive quality assurance plans. Operating at the intersection of software and physical robotics test organization. Working directly under the guidance of the Lead SW SDET and Lead HW HDE, you will run complex system tests, operate physical test fixtures, and meticulously document how our hardware and software interact in the real world.
Test Execution: Execute daily manual and automated test cases (HIL, SIL, and system-level) exactly as defined by the Lead SW and HW Engineers.
Hardware Operations: Physically operate robotics platforms and test fixtures. Flash firmware, power cycle devices, and ensure lab equipment is correctly staged for EVT/DVT testing.
Meticulous Bug Reporting: Identify, isolate, and document system failures. Capture critical data including software logs, core dumps, and physical evidence (photos/videos) of hardware behavior to help engineering teams root-cause issues.
Feedback Loop: Provide clear, real-time feedback to the SW/HW leads on test execution blockers, or inaccuracies in test documentation.
Mandatory Skills: Automotive Regression Testing.
Experience: 3-5 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
