We are a growing social media company located in Beverly Hills, CA, that provides social media management, web development, digital advertising, media buying, online loyalty programs, and other online services.

We are currently looking for Fall Interns to start this August.Our interns gain valuable knowledge and hands on experience of the social media and marketing industry, web development, and other related services. Interns at Social Matters Digital are not used as simple ''gophers'', this is a real opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience in the Social Media and Marketing arena.

Job Description

We are looking for a savvy new intern to join our fun and professional team. This is an unpaid internship in exchange for school credit that entails assisting in the management of social media and web infrastructures of our clients, developing strategies and campaigns, client liaison, coordination with event booking agents, and other third parties, and general office management roles. It is important that applicants have an interest in social media, and are hungry for a comprehensive experience. Unlike other internships, we can offer a truly hands on experience, where you'll have plenty of opportunity to contribute your knowledge and creative flair working along side Social Media Managers, and third parties in several different industries.

Qualifications

We require the following: self-motivated, able to work autonomously with a team mentality, extremely organized, articulate, very computer and internet literate, multiple languages is a plus, reliable, able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment, MAC & MS Office proficient. Applicants must be able to work a minimum of 16 - 20 hours a week, spread over two or three days. Interns must commit for the minimum of at least 3 months (or the term of their internship program with their university).Responsibilities will include: campaign and strategy development, liaising with clients, managing our clients' social media, networks, and websites, maintaining spreadsheets & databases, as well as many other duties.
