We are looking for experienced MBA/Masters graduates for our June 2027 cohort, who have a passion for driving innovative technology solutions to accelerate our mission of helping patients prevail over serious diseases. The program offers you the flexibility to create your own path through rotational projects and stretch assignments aligned with your interests and the company's most critical needs, allowing for a completely customized developmental experience. Upon completion of the program, associates will have the opportunity to continue in a full-time role that aligns with their career aspirations and passion for enhancing patient lives with digital solutions.
IT RDP Is an Individualized Career Launch Pad that Offers 3 Key Areas of Opportunities: Learn: Obtain Expertise in Your Desired Domains (Technical & Non-Technical) Rotations (80% dedicated to rotation work, 20% dedicated to growth & career development) Trainings, workshops, conferences, and professional events Stretch assignments, People & Business Resource Groups (PBRGs) External volunteering opportunities Network: Build an Extensive Network (Internal and External) Each rotation has an executive sponsor, rotation sponsor, and additional mentorship throughout program Formalized meetings with information technology leadership teams, including the Chief Digital & Technology Officer (CDTO) Program established for 30+ years - strong network of alumni throughout BMS Opportunities to connect with members from similar programs across various BMS functions Opportunities to expand external network Leadership Brand: Craft Your Leadership Trademark Visibility and access to senior leadership and their mentorship Monthly discovery sessions with BI&T leadership across all towers Focus on personalized growth and development, including: internal courses, workshops, and free access to LinkedIn Learning to best develop your leadership brand Program Structure 2-year full-time rotational program Three 8-month rotations in different BI&T areas such as R&D, Commercialization, Cybersecurity, etc. Customized rotationsand unique stretch assignments Rotations will be based within one of our central New Jersey offices Lead one key program pillar, including recruiting, communications and marketing, events, or onboarding Close-knit, collegial environment Requirements: Graduation with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Information Systems, or relevant Master program in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 Minimum of 3 years oftechnology, digital, healthcare, or other relevant industry experience Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future All candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. Compensation Overview: Princeton - NJ - US: $103,700 - $125,660 The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities.
We determine starting pay thoughtfully - carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.
Benefits: Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, you may be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefit plans - including wellbeing support, retirement and financial protection benefits, and insurance offerings (medical, dental, vision, life and disability). U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year. Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays
Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to additional time-off benefits, including paid sick leave, up to two paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, and leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, or military needs.
