Located in central Florida, this position is an Account Manager / Sales Trainee within our Amazon Hose & Rubber business and is part of our Rotational Training and Development program called "Grow Our Own."
Grow Our Own is for recent or soon to be graduates who desire a career in industrial sales. You will have the opportunity to participate in extensive training, receive continuous mentorship, and follow a clear path to career growth.
Skills to Succeed:
  • 2 year technical degree/training in related discipline; B.S. Degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Business-related is preferred.
  • Strong ambition to pursue a career in industrial or engineering sales
  • Self-motivated to take responsibility for your personal development
  • Mechanical interest and aptitude
  • Related internship or co-op is preferred
  • Ability to start work by or before Fall 2022

Goals of the Program:
  • You will be responsible for developing and growing sales with new and existing customers who prefer & respond best to telephone sales

  • Overcoming objections through daily telephone sales calls while
