Job description

Long-establishedย defense firm is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney for Maryland. The ideal candidate will have both workers' compensation and trial experience. This position is open to all levels of applicates from Junior Associate to Senior Partner and the salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Employers & Insurers before the Workers' Compensation Commission and Maryland Court System
  • Prepare and draft legal correspondence and pleadings
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Case Management
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
