Job Description

Senior Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation Abramson Labor Group

Abramson Labor Group is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to help lead and supervise our Workers' Compensation practice. You'll work directly with the Managing Partner, provide hands-on guidance to a talented group of attorneys and support staff, and ensure our cases are handled with exceptional care and strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic direction within the Workers' Compensation team, supporting strong case outcomes and exceptional client service.
  • Offer guidance on complex legal matters, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Mentor and develop fellow attorneys to maintain consistent, high-quality representation.
  • Step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations as needed.
  • Conduct client educational webinars and address escalated client matters.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
  • JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

  • 5-7 years of Workers' Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred).

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
