As a Clinical Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with educational professionals, healthcare teams, and community resources. You will play a pivotal role in the psychosocial support of students, ensuring a holistic approach to their health.

• Manage a designated caseload of students, evaluating their social, emotional, financial, and cultural circumstances to inform comprehensive and tailored treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to students and families facing immediate psychosocial challenges, ensuring timely access to essential services.
• Collaborate closely with case managers and educational staff to coordinate care, facilitating access to community resources and referrals that enrich the student experience.
• Educate healthcare team members about the role of social work and the diverse psychosocial issues affecting student care.
• Supervise and provide mentorship to junior social workers, interns, and volunteers, fostering their professional development within the department.
• Work to prevent readmissions or crises by planning and coordinating care for students transitioning back to school settings and community resources.
• Ensure timely responses to psychosocial service requests, managing complex cases without causing delays in the implementation of care plans.
• Communicate effectively with community agencies to support continuity of care and optimize resource utilization for student success.
• Participate in team rounds and care conferences to address the needs of your caseload and contribute to the multidisciplinary discussions about student welfare.

This role focuses primarily on the adolescent population, addressing a range of psychosocial issues that can include behavioral health challenges, family dynamics, academic pressures, and socio-economic factors affecting students' educational experience. You will work towards empowering students to regain control over their mental health and academic journey through advocacy and support.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical social work setting.

• Experience working in school settings or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community organizations.

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
