This position is based remotely within Colorado Springs, Colorado, operating from a climate-controlled home office to ensure comfort and productivity. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, diagnoses to evaluate patients’ mental health status using recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
• Develop individualized patient care plans that integrate cultural diversity and unique patient needs, while continually assessing progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Document treatment records, reports, and other required clinical information accurately and timely using current technology, adhering to departmental procedures and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with patients and multidisciplinary teams to formulate comprehensive treatment strategies that address specific needs and desired health outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals and serve as a crucial liaison between patients and treatment providers, ensuring access to necessary resources and services.
• Provide educational mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a commitment to professional development within the field of social work.
• Participate in team-based initiatives, including peer-to-peer reviews and chart audits, aimed at enhancing clinical practice and supporting the growth of fellow team members.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families navigating the complexities of cancer diagnoses, empowering them through empathetic support, therapeutic interventions, and comprehensive care planning. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health services.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, reflective of the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
