We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team at our Correctional Behavioral Health Care Clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Work Environment

This remote position allows for flexibility and work-life balance, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain a weekly caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits, providing high-quality therapy through individual, family, and group sessions.
  • Document ongoing treatment results, including updates to diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes, in adherence to clinic policies.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including case managers and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.
  • Employ creative interventions aimed at helping clients set, achieve, and exceed their therapeutic goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, working towards the mission of filling gaps in mental health access.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing input on new initiatives and sharing success stories to promote a positive work culture.
