• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to identify their mental health status and create individualized care plans that consider cultural diversity and unique patient needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and regularly evaluate patient progress, refining treatment strategies as needed, to effectively support mental health diagnoses.
• Prepare timely and accurate documentation, treatment records, and clinical reports utilizing the latest technology, adhering to regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with department protocols.
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with the patient's goals, needs, and desired outcomes while actively participating in teamwork to foster a positive environment.
• Coordinate referrals and serve as a crucial link between patients and other clinical providers, establishing strong relationships for optimal patient care.
• Participate in the professional development of interns or students by providing mentorship and educational experiences, thereby contributing to the growth of future healthcare professionals.
• Assist with peer review and clinical collaboration activities under the guidance of your clinical supervisor, enhancing the capabilities of team members.

This role primarily serves individuals and families affected by a cancer diagnosis, shaping therapeutic interventions that address both the emotional and psychological ramifications of such life-altering news. You will focus on creating personalized care plans that respect and integrate the diverse backgrounds and specific needs of each patient.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience in an outpatient setting, particularly in mental health or addiction recovery services.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to oncology and related mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement methodologies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the expertise and contributions of our employees.
