• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based tools to tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions remotely, using solution-focused methodologies that consider each child's unique circumstances and challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation that complies with state regulations and promotes accountability within the clinical practice.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for students, advocating for resources as needed.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions aimed at improving therapeutic outcomes.
• Offer educational resources and support to students and their families regarding mental health topics, empowering them to advocate for their own needs.
• Stay abreast of new developments in the field of social work and mental health to ensure the highest standard of care is provided.

The primary focus of this role is to work with a diverse student population, ranging from elementary school to high school. You will engage with students exhibiting a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, social issues, and behavioral challenges. Partnering with families and schools, you will strive to create a supportive network that promotes emotional well-being and academic success.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with adolescents and children, is necessary.
• Proficiency in solution-based therapeutic interventions and methodologies is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.

• Experience in a school setting or with school-aged clients is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote therapy sessions would be an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
