• Work is carried out in a remote climate-controlled office setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience.
• Daily interactions with a collaborative team of healthcare providers, enabling ongoing learning and support.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health status. Utilize appropriate diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to develop individualized care plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor and evaluate patient progress, implementing interventions that align with treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including treatment records and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect cultural diversity and specific patient needs.
• Coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and various treatment providers, ensuring seamless access to care.
• Mentor and provide guidance to students, interns, and volunteers within the clinical setting, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
• Engage in peer-to-peer review and clinical collaboration with supervision to enhance team competencies and clinical outcomes.

This role focuses on working with individuals and families significantly impacted by cancer. The LCSW will provide specialized support tailored to address the emotional, psychological, and social challenges that arise from a cancer diagnosis. Building strong therapeutic relationships with patients and understanding their unique situations will be key to fostering effective treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting, particularly with oncology patients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to cancer care.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans in a collaborative environment.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
