Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients' mental health status, employing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to initiate therapeutic interventions, continually monitoring and adjusting care plans based on patient progress and evolving needs.
- Document treatment progress and maintain accurate clinical records leveraging current technology and adhering to regulatory protocols.
- Collaborate closely with patients and their families to formulate detailed treatment objectives that respect cultural diversity and address unique needs within our client population.
- Serve as a coordinator between patients and other treatment providers, ensuring seamless access to necessary referrals and support services.
- Provide mentorship and education to students, interns, and volunteers as part of our commitment to developing future mental health professionals.

Qualifications- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or other relevant frameworks.
