About the Role

A U.S.-based construction and home improvement company is looking for highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Agents to support its sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outbound calling environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying homeowner interest, and helping drive consistent appointment flow for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners in English-speaking markets.
  • Follow provided scripts to professionally introduce home improvement and construction services.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria, homeowner interest, and project needs.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed call logs, notes, outcomes, and lead updates.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Maintain professional call quality and follow calling guidelines.
  • Handle rejection professionally and stay consistent with outbound activity goals.
  • Communicate appointment details clearly and accurately to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Philippines-based and able to work fully remote.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred.
  • Comfortable making 160–250 outbound calls per day.
  • Ability to consistently set 2–3 qualified appointments per day.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient when handling rejection.
  • Ability to work full-time during Los Angeles/Pacific Time business hours.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail when updating call notes, lead records, and appointment information.
