This role provides hands-on experience supporting one of the nation's premier life science real estate portfolios while working alongside industry experts across property management, leasing, development, accounting, legal, and construction.
As a Tenant Coordinator, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional tenant experience while helping manage the day-to-day operations of innovative, state-of-the-art life science campuses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, providing exceptional customer service and supporting day-to-day property operations.
  • Assist with all aspects of property management, helping ensure our buildings operate efficiently and provide an outstanding tenant experience.
  • Support property improvement projects and building renovations while coordinating activities to minimize disruption to tenant operations.
  • Process invoice coding and assist with accounts receivable collections.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of annual operating budgets.
  • Organize, facilitate, and track recurring tenant meetings, following up on action items and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding requests.
  • Coordinate on-site construction activities, including tenant access requests, communication regarding noisy work, scheduling updates, and project notifications.
  • Participate in site operations meetings with engineering, maintenance, janitorial, and security teams to support efficient building operations.
  • Coordinate with janitorial, security, and engineering vendors to help maintain high service standards,
  • Assist in planning and coordinating tenant appreciation events and community engagement activities.
  • Prepare and distribute communications to tenants, vendors, and construction partners.
  • Participate in the competitive bid process for vendor selection.
  • Prepare service contracts and purchase orders.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tenant spaces and common areas to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain tenant and vendor certificates of insurance, ensuring compliance with coverage requirements, expiration dates, and additional insured provisions.
  • Support special projects and other assignments that contribute to the success of the property management team.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous internship or experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, facilities management, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interest in building a career in commercial real estate, property management, or related fields.
  • Experience with billing systems, budgeting, or facility management software is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The expected base hourly wage range for this position is $33.66 - $36.06 USD hourly, plus annual discretionary bonus. This hourly wage range is an estimate, and the actual hourly wage may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the individual's knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location, and the Company's compensation practices.
