Location: Menlo Park, CA - hybrid work schedule but must be near Menlo Park to come into the office.

We are a fast-growing, data-driven technology company looking for a sharp, process-oriented HR Ops Program & Project Manager (CW) to help supercharge our Early Career talent acquisition function. If you love untangling complex workflows, building scalable programs from the ground up, and leveraging modern tech to drive operational efficiency, this role is for you. Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a related function—ideally within talent acquisition, HR, or a high-growth tech company.

  • Process-Building Mindset: A proven ability to build and optimize operational processes from the ground up, with a solid bias for simplicity and scalability.

  • Data Fluency: A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze program performance, surface insights, and make recommendations that influence team strategy , alongside experience designing and managing dashboards, tracking tools, or reporting frameworks.

  • Execution Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Collaboration Skills: solid cross-functional collaboration skills, with the comfort level to work across recruiting, HR, finance, and business teams to align on priorities and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

As a Project Manager, you will serve as a central coordination point to ensure our early career programs run on time and at scale.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Improve systems, tools, and workflows that drive recruiter productivity and operational efficiency across the early career function.

  • Lead end-to-end project management for early career programs—including internships, new grad hiring cycles, and university events—while managing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Develop reporting frameworks and cross-functional coordination workflows.

  • Define and maintain key operational metrics and dashboards that give the team visibility into program health, recruiter capacity, and hiring progress.

  • Partner closely with early career recruiters, HRBPs, and key stakeholders to identify friction points and implement scalable solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and pilot new tools or technologies that increase the team's impact per headcount.

  • Demonstrate proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to accelerate work—whether for drafting, research, data analysis, or process automation—with a mindset of continuous experimentation.
