Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members regarding complex product suites and retirement accounts.
• Educate clients on vital financial concepts, including tax implications, surrender charges, lifetime income options, and death benefit protections.
• Navigate strict FINRA rules, firm policies, and state/local laws to ensure every transaction and piece of advice remains fully compliant.
• Engage in monthly career-pathing sessions with leadership to set personal growth targets and prepare for future advancement opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales-related roles.
• Familiarity with insurance products, sales processes, and the legal implications of various product features across different states.
• Ability to strictly adhere to FINRA guidelines and regulatory requirements
