This is a hands-on opportunity perfect for a performance marketer who thrives in experimentation and understands complex B2B2C acquisition models.Responsibilities:Architect Growth Strategy: Build and lead the full-funnel growth strategy encompassing lead generation, provider enrollments, platform activation, usage, and credit sales.Own Paid Media & Budget: Manage the paid media ecosystem (search, social, programmatic, retargeting) and own budget allocation to maximize ROI and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).Drive Demand Generation: Generate high-quality provider leads (targeting 500-1,000 leads/month) through targeted campaigns, webinars, organic channels, and partner networks.Champion Experimentation: Design and execute a strategic testing roadmap, including A/B testing for landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segmentation to optimize conversion rates.Optimize the Funnel: Reduce drop-offs across the funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL → Enrollment) and develop lifecycle campaigns to increase daily usage and transactions among enrolled accounts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Business Development to align messaging, lead scoring frameworks, and handoff logic, ensuring top-of-funnel efforts directly support sales goals.Analytics & Reporting: Collaborate with analytics teams to build performance dashboards, track KPIs (CPQL, enrollment efficiency, ROI), and forecast quarterly growth scenarios.Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external performance agencies and marketing tools.
