A day in the life:

  • Assist and support the Digital & Physical Auction Manager, Pre-Owned & Remarketing Business/Operations Specialists with Up & Downstream auctions and various monthly analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Prepare new, maintain existing, and transition reports from Excel to Power BI.
  • Assist Specialists with pre- and post-term off-lease grounding dealer inquiries and other activities.
  • Under the guidance of the Manager, Pre-Owned & Remarketing, prepare framework and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards and Power Apps (Canvas) to monitor OKRs and KPIs.
  • Assist both the Pre-Owned, Remarketing, and Corporate Sales teams with various presentation preparation for short-, mid-, and long-term strategies, quarterly dealer and program steering, monthly sales programs, and various special projects.
  • Work with the Electric Vehicle Transformation Manager and prepare data wrangling activities, reports, and dashboards in Power BI for various stakeholder consumption.

General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements:

Eligibility to Work in Canada: Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, as this role does not support work visa/permit sponsorship.
Graduation Requirement: Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or expect to graduate by April 2026 with a specialization in Commerce or Business. As part of the onboarding process, the selected candidate will be required to submit a copy of their transcripts.
Full-Time Contract Role: This position is a full-time contract role requiring 40 hours per week.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.
Recruitment Process: The recruitment process will begin immediately and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams). 
Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
