The Make Your Mark Internship (MYMI) Program is a Mercedes-Benz Canada internship program where students in their final year of studies or who have completed their studies in the past 12 months, can gain experience with an exciting brand and organization. Interns in the program have the opportunity to make an impact and apply their skills and ideas, supporting the team on a variety of projects and initiatives.

Do you want to be part of writing the next chapter of the Mercedes-Benz story?

Your Internship Experience:

  • Support facilities planning activities, including coordination of office space moves, layouts, and workspace projects.

  • Manage and track Building Management and internal service requests

  • Assist with the coordination of internal events such as town halls, leadership meetings, and conferences (in partnership with the Office of the President and other departments)

  • Monitor and maintain office inventory, including Office supplies; Onboarding materials and swag; Furniture and equipment; Cafeteria supplies

  • Coordinate with external vendors for scheduled maintenance of office equipment and furniture

  • Process invoices and support basic facilities-related financial administration

  • Monitor and respond to the Facilities inbox, addressing employee inquiries and requests in a timely manner

  • Provide administrative support across the Facilities & Administrative Services function

  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required

General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements:

  • Eligibility to Work in Canada: Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, as this role does not support work visa/permit sponsorship.

  • Graduation Requirement: Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or expect to graduate by June 2026 with a specialization in Business Administration, Operations Management or Facilities Management. As part of the onboarding process, the selected candidate will be required to submit a copy of their transcripts.

  • Full-Time Contract Role: This position is a full-time contract role requiring 40 hours per week.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.

  • Recruitment Process: The recruitment process will begin immediately and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).

  • Work Arrangement: This is an on-site role requiring employees to work on-site 4 days per week (Mon to Thursday)
