Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition - Sourcing and Onboarding:

  • Cold calling potential candidates to share career opportunities.

  • Co-ordinate interview arrangements.

  • Cover duties at Talent Hub.

  • Support/Participate in recruitment and DEI events.

  • Liaise with candidates on Personal Background Check (PBC) document collection.

  • Process PBC documentation and EA generation

  • Process onboarding for direct casual workers

  • Process onboarding documentation during orientation

Talent Development & Management:

  • Assist in Orientation to ensure new hires have pleasant and seamless onboarding experience.

  • Assist and manage digital learning content for TMs / Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Provide learning management support to TMs, assist with troubleshooting to ensure seamless e-learning experience.

  • Assist and support internship programme through intern engagement, gather insights and provide guidance and support to fellow interns.

  • Maintain Staff Movement records.

Recognition & Events

  • Assist in recognition, events and engagement initiatives and activities which include:

    • Project administration

    • Develop communication objectives and publicity as required

    • Liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders

    • Event Operations (including setup & teardown)

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Undertaking a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration related field is required.

  • Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements

Experience

  • No experience required as training will be provided

Other Prerequisites

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Pay attention to details and meticulous.

  • A team player and takes initiative to assist other team members when required.
