  • Request orders with suppliers and create purchase orders
  • Validate purchase orders against packing slips upon delivery
  • Track hardware and software purchases and maintain accurate license records
  • Organize and retain contracts and procurement documentation

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Produce and update procurement, budget, and project-related reports and dashboards

Project & Portfolio Support

  • Support project managers by developing and updating:
    • Project documentation

  • Assist with inventory lists and equipment lead-time tracking within project schedules
  • Run HourStack and MRC time reports for project managers
  • Maintain the Project Management Information System (PMIS), including Zapier automations

Administrative & Event Support

  • Assist the Director of the PMO with coordination of in-person events such as IT Town Halls and DT visits
  • Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 1–3 months of related experience or training (internships, coursework, or entry-level work welcome)
  • General knowledge or understanding of IT systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate data entry
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
