Interns typically assist with production processes, quality control, research and development, or lab testing. These internships help participants understand the formulation, testing, and application of paints, as well as industry safety standards. Interns work under the supervision of experienced professionals, which allows them to develop practical skills and industry knowledge that can be valuable for future careers.
