Job description

Position Description:
Responsible for coordinating the transformation and enhancements of Offer & Contract Development Systems within Medtronic. Collaborate closely with IT, support teams and contract work streams to gather requirements and understand their needs around offer development, offer configuration, pricing, quoting, contract management, rebates, and predictive intelligence. Delivery of enhancements to Conga CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)/CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) including set up of products, pricing, approvals, and template maintenance. Ensure creation of documentation and standard operating procedures associated with Conga CPQ /CLM enhancements. Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) and Conga CPQ/ CLM to address business needs, provide solution design for new requirements, prioritize production enhancements, and approve bugs fixes reported from end users. Leverage various technologies including SAP, Informatica, Tableau, Partner, Copado, Bitbucket, and DocuSign to support CPQ systems. Responsible for configuring Salesforce Lightning system to include APEX, Visualforce Pages and Integration with External System. Navigate various financial audit environments adhering to Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Leverage Agile and SCRUM Methodology, utilizing SharePoint, JIRA, MIRO, and SmartSheets for project management. Leverage knowledge from having Salesforce certification Admin, and other Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce certification Platform Dev 1 and Salesforce certification AI Associate. Position is required to be onsite at Lafayette, CO 4 days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. #LI-DNI.
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration or related business or technical field and three (3) years of experience as a sales support or sales enablement role; Or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration or related business or technical field and five (5) years of experience as a sales support or sales enablement role. Must possess at least three (3) years' experience with each of the following: Management of Contract, Offer Development and Pricing systems, Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM; SAP, Informatica, Tableau, Partner, Copado, Bitbucket, and DocuSign; Configuring Salesforce Lightning to include APEX, Visualforce Pages, Integration with External Systems; Financial audit under Sarbanes Oxley; Agile and SCRUM Methodology using Sharepoint, JIRA, MIRO and Smartsheets. Must have the following certification: Salesforce certification Admin
Salary: $121,000 to $166,800 per year
