  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Apex (triggers, classes, and asynchronous processes)
  • Support Lightning Web Component (LWC) development for internal tools and user interfaces

  • Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and follow best practices to avoid common anti-patterns
  • Support optimization efforts, including query performance and transaction handling
  • Assist with implementing caching strategies where appropriate (Platform Cache, Custom Settings/Metadata)

Monitoring, Debugging, and Support

  • Troubleshoot production issues using debug logs, Apex exception emails, and system monitoring tools
  • Identify root causes of failures across integrations, automation, and data processes
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Salesforce-related incidents
  • Proactively identify system health risks and improvement opportunities

Documentation & Engineering Standards

  • Maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and automation logic
  • Follow established SDLC and change management processes
