About us

Talent Garden is a leading digital skills academy in Europe, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in the innovation ecosystem through diverse learning experiences. With online, offline, and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and events spaces we offer an unparalleled vision to combine work life and learning.

Founded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 11 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors, and SMEs.

The role

Imagine working in the heart of one of Europe's most vibrant and innovative neighborhoods, right in the midst of a thriving startup scene. And to top it off, picture it just steps away from the sea. Sounds too good to be true? Well, it's not!

We're seeking a new adventurer to join our Academy Sales Team as a Pre-sales Intern to contribute to our mission of providing invaluable learning experiences and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads through calls and email outreach in order to set up appointments with Account Executives
  • Ensure scheduled appointments are effectively followed up with reminders, ensuring smooth communication
  • Gather market insights, valuable data, and contribute to identifying buyer personas to tailor our approach for maximum impact
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in data and CRM entries to ensure efficient management of leads and client information
  • Enhance the sales funnel through research, analysis, and feedback collection for improved conversion.

About you

Ideally, you are an about-to-graduate or freshly graduated student, eligible for an internship agreement. On top of this:

  • You are eager to jump-start your career in sales and customer relations, with a talent for building strong relationships.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to guide students with clarity through financial and administrative processes.
  • You are either already living in Barcelona or able to relocate.
  • You have native-level Italian and at least B2/C1 English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Perks and benefits

  • Flexible working environment, with a mix of in-person and remote work
  • Pluxee ticket restaurant
  • Opportunity to work in a stunning office in the heart of Poblenou, steps from the sea
  • Company-provided MacBook
  • Access to all the discounts, events, and networking opportunities available at our co-working spaces (P.S.: We are pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend to work)

Selection process

Submit your application. Send us your CV and feel free to showcase your personality. If you prefer a creative format, go ahead.

Response time. We'll get back to you within 10 days if we're a match. If not, we'll still do our best to notify you promptly.

First call. You'll have an initial conversation with one of our Account Executives-an opportunity to dive deeper into the role, your motivations, and how this internship aligns with your goals. Make sure to check out our company page beforehand.

Second round. You'll then meet our Sales Team Leader. This conversation will include a roleplay exercise designed to assess your communication skills and sales attitude.

Final step. You'll speak with Matteo, our Head of Sales Operations, and Carolina, our Talent Acquisition Manager, for a conversation focused on cultural fit and alignment with our way of working.

At Talent Garden, diversity is our strength. We're committed to a safe, inclusive environment, welcoming applicants regardless of background. While we set high standards, we encourage individuals, especially women, not to let the fear of not being a perfect fit hold them back. We prioritize talent over traditional qualifications and invite passionate individuals to apply. Your unique strengths could make a valuable contribution to our team!
