Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist - RCIS
We are seeking a skilled Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist to join our healthcare team. The Cardiovascular Technologist is responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of heart and vascular conditions by performing non-invasive and invasive cardiovascular procedures. This role involves operating specialized imaging equipment, monitoring patient vitals, and ensuring patient safety during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Pay: $72, 321 ($34.77) - $108,472 (52.15)
Schedule: 5(8)s Day - 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Shift Differentials:
Evening: $2.25 - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Night: $3.25 - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Weekend: $4.00 - 11:00 pm Friday - 7:00 am Monday
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians in performing cardiovascular procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker insertions, and electrophysiology studies.
  • Operate imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
  • Conduct non-invasive diagnostic tests, such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and vascular studies.
  • Monitor patient vitals and provide real-time data to physicians during procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology
  • Certification by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • State licensure
  • BLS/CPR and ACLS certification.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and imaging techniques.
