We are selecting a limited number of qualified candidates for the Farmers Insurance Agent in Training Program. This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a top-ranked Farmers agent. You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

Requirements

  • Motivated, competitive, and goal-driven

  • Experienced insurance Sales Producers with a proven track record of sales, will have the option to work from home after training.
