Reporting to the System Director, Engagement, the Organizational Development (OD) Consultant functions as an internal consultant that provides organizational and leadership consulting and expertise to supervisors and managers, including change management, leadership development, coaching, organizational assessment and culture, and employee engagement, to support the culture, mission, vision and values of PIH Health. The OD Consultant is an effective individual contributor who may lead a variety of projects across talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, employee engagement and experience, and leadership and team consulting.

  • Ability to make formal presentations on a variety of related leadership/human resources topics, ability to influence leaders and establish collaborative partnerships; strong strategic planning and operational implementation skills, ability to effectively manage dynamic projects with multiple priorities; ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and team members to ensure strong leadership, coaching and consulting skills. Knowledge and experience with teaching and training, use of A/V equipment and adult-learning techniques.

Required Experience
Required:
  • High School Diploma required + 7 years professional-level experience in training, organizational development, human resources development and/or consulting.

  • Bachelor's Degree + 3 years professional-level experience in training, organizational development, human resources development and/or consulting
