Job description

JSET Automated Technologies, an Industria company, is seeking transitioning service members for a 26 week (6-month), skillbridge project management development internship. This program has been designed to prepare future leaders for careers in electrical construction, data centers, and mission critical infrastructure projects.

This hands on program provides the opportunity to work directly alongside project managers, sueprintendents, operations leaders and others while supporting active projects across the US. Participants will gain practical experience in project planning, scheduling, workforce coordination, safety leadership, budgeting, project controls and client communication while learning how complex infrastructure projects are delivered from concept to completion.

Through the internship, participants will travel to multiple locations and project sites gaining exposure to different business units, project types, and leadership teams. We are particularly interested in transitioning service members with backgrounds in engineering, construction, facilities management, power generation, communications, logistics, maintenance, and operations leadership.

Successful participants will be considered for Full Time Project Manager roles located in one of our existing locations or future growth markets within the US. Typical Salary range for Project manager roles are 100-125k.
