Job Title: HEDIS Nurse

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 5+ Months

This positon is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all Medicaid and Medicare (Stars) HEDIS member. This positon is also responsible for assisting Manager, Outreach & Interventions operationalize all initiatives to improve our HEDIS performance by working with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills Required:

Must have prior experience working on a HEDIS audit (at least 1 season)

Must have an active RN or LPN license in Florida

Responsible for completing auditing and/or medical records review projects.

Responsibilities includes medical records reviews, data collection, chart abstractions, reporting and analyses.

Must have good communication skills and be very detailed oriented.

This position is responsible for HEDIS data collection
