Manager, HEDIS Operations
As the manager of HEDIS Operations at BCBSWY, you will be driving strategic direction and execution of HEDIS improvement projects.
You will work with intra-agency teams, vendors, executive leadership and others to build and administer a comprehensive quality program providing the best possible care for our members. Accountabilities include researching and proposing new solutions and assisting in the implementation of those new strategies. You will lead research, analysis, identification and evaluation of data to evaluate existing and potential trends and develop programs to address care gaps.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills. You must possess the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and meet necessary deadlines. Strong experience with Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel is essential.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Five (5) years of experience in progressive responsibility with demonstrated technical knowledge is required. Two (2) years supervisor or lead experience in related field preferred.

Our positions are all based in Wyoming. Executive level employees are required to reside full-time in Wyoming.
