Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of healthcare integration experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle OPENLink architectural design, message and interface configuration and development, unit testing and support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x standards and healthcare interoperability workflows.
  • Experience with ADT, Orders, Results, Scheduling, Documents, Medications etc. integrations with interfaces
  • Knowledge of MLLP, TCP/IP, SFTP, Web Services ,REST/SOAP, APIs. • Experience troubleshooting production interface issues in mission-critical environments, performance tuning and support.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Millennium architecture and clinical workflows.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with interface validation, message tracing, and ACK workflows.
  • Provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentoring to team members on Oracle OpenLink usage, development standards, and troubleshooting approaches.
  • Contribute as a senior technical resource who can both execute development work directly and guide the broader integration team.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Oracle Millennium Pathnet, OPENEngine and workflows
  • Experience with additional integration engines Rhapsody, Mirth etc.
  • Knowledge of FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, X12.
  • Experience in behavioral health / mental health EHR environments is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance-heavy delivery environments and formal change management processes.
  • Experience supporting cloud or hybrid integration environments.
  • ITIL or healthcare integration certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, develop, test, and support Oracle OPENLink interfaces within Oracle Millennium environments.
  • Develop and maintain HL7 v2.x interfaces including ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, MDM, and MFN message types.
  • Configure OPENLink routes, transformations, mappings, code sets, and communication protocols.
  • Support real-time and batch integrations between Millennium, ancillary systems, labs, radiology, pharmacy, billing, HIEs, and external vendors.
  • Analyze interface specifications and translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for interface failures, message parsing issues, ACK/NACK handling, and data integrity concerns.
  • Monitor interface queues, logs, throughput, and message delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Millennium application teams including PathNet, PharmNet, PowerChart, and registration workflows.
  • Support interface migration activities across environments.
  • Participate in on-call production support and incident resolution activities.
  • Develop technical documentation including interface specifications, mapping documents, support runbooks, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards, security policies, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Participate in integration testing, upgrade support, release management, and cutover activities.
