Job description

Job Summary
The Marketing Analytics Specialist measures and optimizes performance across paid media and owned digital channels by managing campaign tracking, reporting, and insights.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analytics & Reporting - Pulls, formats, and analyzes performance data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other digital platforms. Builds recurring and ad-hoc reports to track campaign KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI). Supports data visualization in dashboards (Google Data Studio / Looker Studio a plus).
  • Tagging & Tracking - Assists with the setup, QA, and troubleshooting of website tags, pixels, and tracking scripts (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.). Ensures campaigns are properly tagged (UTM parameters, event tracking) for accurate measurement.
  • Collaboration - Works closely with marketing, creative, and technology teams to ensure alignment on measurement and reporting. Establishes audience files -- determining requirements for targeting, be able to source data across Pinnacle systems, collaborate with IT for movement of files. Documents tagging processes and reporting standards for team reference.
  • Paid Media Support -Partners with senior team members to review campaign performance across paid search, paid social, and display. Provides baseline performance insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant internship/experience) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience:
  • Five or more years of experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ability to pull standard reports
  • Baseline knowledge of website tagging and pixels (Google Tag Manager preferred)
  • Comfort with core digital marketing concepts: impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, etc
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and eagerness to learn
