Location: 3345 Potomac Way, Idaho Falls, ID 83404
Schedule: Full-Time, M/W/F 8am-6pm & T/TH 7am-5pm
Pay Range: $18/hour

The Position:
Mountain Land Physical Therapy, in partnership with Superior Physical Therapy, is hiring a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) to join our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Idaho Falls. In this patient-facing role, you'll manage scheduling and payment collection while creating a welcoming, efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We provide complete training and mentorship, so this is a great fit for both experienced front office candidates and those new to healthcare.
What You'll Do:
  • Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software
  • Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
  • Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
  • Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
  • Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Friendly, team-oriented, professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
