About the Role
Radiant World Trade Services is looking for a motivated, curious intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real business projects across multiple departments while building skills in logistics, operations, and professional communication. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, take on meaningful responsibilities from day one, and leave with practical experience you can build on.
What You'll Do
  • Support cross-functional teams with day-to-day operations and project work
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare clear, concise reports
  • Provide administrative support and help coordinate tasks across departments
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to solve real business challenges
  • Take on special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by supervisors
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Currently enrolled as a Junior, or Senior at a college or technical school, with at least 6 months remaining until graduation after the internship ends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving ability
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Work Details
  • Schedule: 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule
  • Environment: Climate-controlled office with moderate noise levels
  • Physical Requirements: Primarily desk-based work - sitting, typing, using a computer, and occasional movement around the office

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
