We are seeking a talented Associate Media Manager to support our integrated media team in planning, executing, and optimizing media strategies for Prime Video marketing campaigns. This role focuses on media execution, insights collection, and cross-functional collaboration to build a transparent view of campaign performance and drive data-informed decisions. You will work closely with marketing, analysts, and media partners to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
This position blends strategic support with operational execution, requiring a balance of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
1. Performance Monitoring & Insights
• Collect, analyze, and socialize campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions.
• Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with teams to identify insights and recommend optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
2. Media Planning & Execution Support
• Assist in developing data-driven media strategies for Prime Video campaigns, translating audience insights into actionable plans.
• Support media operations, timeline management, and performance forecasting for campaigns.
3.Process Improvement & Standardization
• Improve SOPs, enhance adoption of tools and perform governance audits to streamline media operations (e.g., reporting dashboards, asset repositories).
• Identify and implement efficiencies in campaign workflows to improve speed and accuracy.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
