ย What You'll Do:

  • Work with the Brand Manager in developing and executing advertising campaigns.
  • Partner with the marketing team on merchandise collaborations and in-restaurant marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and executing exciting campaigns, promotions, and events that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Contribute to social media strategy and content creation, identifying new opportunities to enhance our online presence.
  • Support event nights and activations, helping with set-up, customer engagement, and on-site execution.
  • Handle day-to-day social media tasks such as influencer research, community management, and trend tracking.
  • Create engaging visual assets and Canva collages to support marketing, social, and content initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in marketing, advertising, and brand strategy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an in-person team environment.
  • A social media enthusiast who keeps up with the latest trends, platforms, and content styles.
  • Passion for the restaurant, food, and hospitality industry.

  • Previous experience in social media management or content creation is a plus, but not required - we're more interested in your passion and potential!
  • Must be available to work on-site in downtown Chicago 2โ€“3 times per week.
  • Must be 21 or older due to job-related requirements involving alcohol-focused events.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based. Occasional support of events or activations may require standing for extended periods, light lifting (up to 15 pounds), and working in environments with elevated noise levels.
