Job description

Role: Epic Ambulatory Analyst
Location: Martinez, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Summary: The Epic Ambulatory team of Client is seeking an experienced Analyst to support on-going maintenance, project work and Epic upgrades. In addition to a robust Ambulatory background, the ideal candidate will have experience in referral and authorization workflows, mobile applications, and revenue cycle.
Must Have: Epic Ambulatory, Referral & Authorization Workflows, Epic Revenue Cycle, Haiku & Canto Mobile Apps, Epic Cadence & Tapestry, Epic Upgrades & Maintenance,
Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads efforts related to referral ordering workflows and leads cross functional referral efforts with Cadence and Tapestry teams
  • Coordinates with billing teams to improve Ambulatory revenue cycle workflows
  • Lead for Haiku and Canto mobile apps
  • Standard Ambulatory and project work, as assigned
  • Mentor and support FTE team
